Radical - #RadicalRespect

Society has been putting us into boxes - forcing us to comply to the rules of the box.

It’s time we break free.

Get out of the box

We get boxed in as students, employees, consumers, voters, etc. It's a never-ending process that limits and constraints our very essence.

The boxes that simplify and control a complex world lack human dignity and respect for our environment.

Being constrained doesn’t work: it makes us feel smothered, silenced, and unable to achieve our fullest human potential. We end up suffering due to the intolerable limitations placed upon us. It’s no wonder people have become so anxious, stressed, disengaged, burned out, and depressed.

Someday we will all end up in a box, but we shouldn’t live our whole lives in one. We can no longer let the system of constraints keep us from experiencing and expressing our true nature – denying us our dignity and limiting our ability to co-create reality.

The Radical Manifesto

Break out of the box.

We know things aren't right and society isn't fixing them. We're becoming dysfunctional, powerless, and more boxed in with each passing day. Fundamental change is required and that change is up to us. We are the people - we need to step up and make a difference.

RADICAL – noun – a person who advocates fundamental social reforms by direct and often uncompromising methods.

    Seek Freedom and Dignity

I have a burning desire to be free. I’ve been boxed in for far too long. I reclaim my autonomy and take back control from the systems denying me my dignity.

    Satisfy Our Human Needs

I have innate human needs that I seek to understand. As my needs are met, I more fully engage with life and am of greater service to others.

    Find Meaning and Belonging

At the core of my humanity is a desire for meaning and belonging. I make a difference by making a positive impact on something greater than myself.

    Collaborate with Respect

Learning to relate to each other allows our collective intelligence to emerge. With mutual understanding, awareness, and respect we will solve the complex challenges we face as humanity.

    Realize Life is Interconnected

Society does not prioritize the impact on living systems, ignoring that nature is our source and greatest teacher. I act responsibly knowing that the wholeness of life is nested within nature.

    Make a Radical Impact

Society turns us into pawns in a meaningless economic game. I was born to live with purpose and make a positive impact on the world.

We are like-minded people from around the globe who are building a common language to unite our struggle. We're helping create new rules and new tools for a world outside the box. Help change the world by starting your Radical Impact today.

    About Us

We are drawn to each other by our fundamental beliefs. Some of us have lived and worked in democratic work environments for decades, while others are tired of the social and human injustices that we have tolerated.

    People are needlessly suffering.

Together we are the Radicals. Radical is a movement reigniting people’s awareness of our human needs and transforming our society to be people-centered rather than maintaining the unjust status quo.

Radicals are purpose driven and committed to honesty, authenticity, transparency, and treating everyone as equals. We believe in empathy, and above all, human dignity. To be a Radical is first and foremost to understand that our organizations must serve people.

Our goal is ambitious. Trailblazers are already making headway. If you share these beliefs, you too are a Radical.

    HumanCode

What makes us do what we do and say what we say?

Internally, our neurological circuits motivate and drive us. Externally, we live by a set of norms defined through society, religion, government, etc. The two are intimately related. The Human Code is a set of algorithms that are the basis of our behavior and our society.

The Human Code model provides insight into what drives the motivations, behaviors, and decisions of individuals. It also helps us to understand why the systems around us aren’t working by giving us a reference point to help validate how we can improve our society.

We can change based on ideas or principles, but our fundamental selves will always be there. It’s time we take the Human Code into account and design to it rather than ignoring it.
